GLOSSOLALIA [ONLINE]
Glossolalia Online is an electro-acoustic free jazz project based in Austin, TX that explores the far edges of genre, composition, intuition, memory, and time through sound, light, and electronics. Follow our activities above on SoundCloud ^^^

The project was started by composer Trevor Villwock (keys) and drummer Aaron Sharpes in 2018 as the keys/drums duo Life Hug. Since then it has expanded to feature a rotating cast of some of the most fearless jazz and experimental musicians in Austin, TX, including Jean Vences (flute and guitar) and Joshua Wayne Billingsley (trumpet as well as guest artists from across the country.

This project is inspired by the incredible work of The Mars Volta, Georg Friedrich Haas, Le Butcherettes, Hella, Esperanza Spalding, Witold Lutosławski, Cecil Taylor, mouse on the keys, milo, Death Grips, Makaya McCraven, Missy Mazzoli (Victoire), Herbie Hancock, King Krule, Sofia Gubaidulina, Kaija Saariaho, Steve Reich, and David Lynch among many others.
BIG DUMMY
Jazz fusion trio with Jack Harper on bass and Ben Dubois on drums. I play keyboard and mess with effects.
